Shipping policy
PROCESSING TIMES
Once you place your order, your order will be processed in 2weeks time, depending on the orders at the time.
Custom orders and laces/embroidered veil orders will be processed in 5-6 weeks time, depending on the orders at the time.
If you need your wedding veil earlier than 4 to 8 weeks (depending on the veil type), you will need to contact us and pay for the rush order fees.
Delivery
All my veils are delivered via the fastest delivery option available, which is generally Australia Post.
Feel free to leave your phone number with your order. Please note that, your personal information is only used to post your orders.
Delivery times differ from country to country. On an average delivery times are 8 to 18 business days.
Undelivered
If in any case, you miss the delivery of your parcel, you might need to go collect it. If you are unable to go and collect our parcel, your parcel might get sent back to me, the sender, if that happens, there are 2 options.
1. We can post out another veil, you will need to pay $20 AUD (within Australia) and $50AUD (outside Australia) for postage.
2. We can refund you 30% of your order amount, once we receive the veil and cancel your order.
If your parcel is in customs and is delayed because of the customs in your country, We are not responsible and no refund or a negative review will be accepted.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs. If your parcel is in customs and is delayed because of the customs in your country, We are not responsible and no refund or a negative review will be accepted. We are also not responsible for any custom fees and if you disagree to pay customs and wish to return your veil, that is understandable and you are eligible for a 30% refund of your order total, once we receive the veil back.
