Returns

We don't accept returns of any items from our store.

Why don't you accept returns?

The reason, why we cannot accept returns for veils, is that all veils are made to order for each bride who makes a purchase. When you purchase you are buying something handmade made just for you. Not a veil made for someone else, that we would be selling or re-selling. As such, we cannot accept returns and have no course of action to re-sell a returned veil.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Customised and personalised veils are non- returnable and non-refundable items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

We accept exchanges on some veils only, no exchanges or returns on Customised veil. Buyers will have to cover the return shipping cost and if the new product you want is expensive than what you initially purchased, that extra cost will need to be paid by the buyer, and additional postage will need to be paid by the buyer as well. Please message or email us and we will discuss it in detail. Thank you.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
